Virtues of Reading Surah Kahf On Friday

When prophet Muhammad migrated from Macca to Medina. this surah revealed before the migration.it was the time when people really need to trust upon Allah. It was the time when the persecution of Islam and Muslim was at its peak. Surah Al Kahf is the 18th Surah of Quran and has 110 verses. It is the famous Surah in Quran. It tells the story of believers in ancient time people when they receive the message of truth and accept it. This Surah gives the message that those who believe in Allah and ask the protection from Allah. He gives the best protection and hidden them from the World.

There are many benefits of Surah kahf some of them are given below.

• Angles pray: –

If recited before sleeping, noor created where angels pray for a reciter.

• Sawaab of a Shaheed:-

The reciter of this Surah would be raised among the group of martyrs after death. This is the great reward for him

• Protection from fitnah for 8 days:-

Reading this Surah every week protects any kind of evil, and it will protect us from the fitnah of Dajjal for a whole week

• Last ayah acts as an alarm clock :-

Protection from poverty. It is importance of this surah that its recitation will protects from the poverty and there will be no need to take loan.

The Virtues of Reciting Surah Kahf On Jumu’ah in the Light of Hadith:-

Surah Kahf has too many virtues for his reciter that are described in a hadith. Prophet Muhammad SAWW emphasized it to recite on Friday. Some narrations are showing the importance of recitation of Surah Kahf on Friday.

• The Prophet SAWW has said that the one read Sort Al kahf and this reading does not mean just to recite or to read ,but to understand it to know what is it all about to believe in it will be protected from the trail of Dajjal. The narration is. • “One who memorized the first ten Verses of the Surah Al-Kahf, will be secure against the (the trial of) Dajjal.” (Sahih Muslim)

• Whoever recite from the beginning of Surah kahaf, will be light from the head to feet, and one who recite the whole surah, for this Allah will bring the light from earth to the sky. • The name Surah Kahaf was written Hyila in Tourat. (The word Hayila mean to protect from the devil.) • Neither there would be any poverty nor there would be need to take loan for those who write down this surah on the paper and insert into glass bottle and keeps this bottle in the house.

• Whoever recite the 110 verses of this Surah on Friday night, he would have a light covering the distance up to Kabba and Baitul Muqdas. He would also seek forgiveness throughout the night, he would be raised among the group of martyrs after death.

There are a lot of benefits of reciting Surah Kahaf as mention in the above points. It is our duty to recite it every Friday.
